Social life
All work and no play isn't a good combination. It's important to have a social life outside work! Our students tell us that one of the valuable things is the "instant network" they get from being part of a tight-knit group.
Your placement at PepsiCo might be your first job. It may be your first time away from home or being separated from your friends and family. It's a big transition. Being part of a community of people in the same boat makes it much easier to navigate.
A lot of our students choose to live together. They become active in a lot of PepsiCo's extra-curricular activities, e.g. five-a-side, Spanish classes and quiz nights. They also enjoy regular (and sometimes legendary) nights out on the town.
Our students return to University with some terrific work experience. But they also return having made some great friends along the way. It's an important part of their PepsiCo experience.
