Depending on your skills and interests, you will be placed in one of our core Service Delivery teams as a Functional Analyst. The teams are Finance, Purchasing & HR, UK Commercial & European R&D, Supply Chain or Service Management. The application support teams provide functional IT support while the Service Management team provide end user support for the whole of our UK and European business.
In addition to providing support to the users of the systems supported by the service delivery team, you join you will also be given exposure to a widely used IT framework called ITIL in which you will provide assistance or maybe even lead activities such as change and problem management.
